Q: What does the typical engagement look like and how long
does it last?
A: The type of project you will be engaged in will depend on your experience and interests. Typically, these assignments last four to six months, but they are very often extended to accommodate additional projects. Some of our most common projects include: providing accounting support for reorganizations or restructures; assisting with monthly, quarterly and year-end closings; developing compensation programs; developing new management reporting or budgeting systems; providing financial and IT liaisons for system implementation.

A: While on engagement your key responsibilities will include:
- Project Delivery - Create and/or adhere to project plan and timelines while seamlessly interfacing with client personnel.
- Professionalism - Our consultants demonstrate respect, integrity, poise and maturity. You'll be responsible for exercising sound judgment and displaying a problem-solving attitude while managing multiple tasks on a project.
- Client Service - The Pentad Group takes prides on the knowledge and expertise our employees bring to client engagements. A helpful, "can do" attitude and making the client's needs a priority will make you successful.
- Effective Communication - Regular communication with the client project team and The Pentad Group manager is critical to any successful project.

A: The most important goal for our Operations Team is to work together to manage our client and employee relationships. Each week, these teams meet to strategize about new project opportunities for our employees. We make it a priority to find new opportunities for our existing employees, even weeks before their project is scheduled to end.
