Brian Goldstein is a partner at Goulston & Storrs in Boston with 20 years of experience in the areas of business and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and corporate finance.  He represents growth-oriented companies in a variety of high technology and retail/consumer industries, as well as private equity and venture capital firms.  Brian's expertise consists of business counseling, mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings, domestic and international technology licensing and distribution agreements, and strategic partnerships and joint ventures. His international practice includes cross border financings and acquisitions, and in particular representation of companies with operations based in Israel. Prior to Goulston & Storrs, Brian was a partner at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault in Boston and he served as in-house general counsel to a public company. He received his B.A. with Honors and his J.D. from the University of Virginia.
