Mary-Margaret is responsible for project management and delivery at The Pentad Group.
Mary-Margaret’s primary focus and expertise includes:
- Leading Sarbanes-Oxley compliance initiatives
- Serving as Interim Controller for various organizations
- Implementing and automating financial software packages including payroll, AP and other accounting systems
- Offering technical accounting and financial support
- Providing SEC reporting
- Providing merger and acquisition-related accounting services
Prior to joining The Pentad Group, Mary-Margaret was the Engagement Director at a mid-size consulting firm. Earlier in Mary-Margaret’s
career, she worked for an accounting software re-seller, responsible for demonstrating financial software applications to prospective customers.
Throughout her career, Mary-Margaret has held several Controller and Accounting Manager positions. Mary-Margaret has both a B.S. and an M.B.A.
in accounting from Bryant College in Smithfield, Rhode Island.
