Roberta Gollon is President of Gollon Capital Advisors, a boutique
investment banking firm, which provides services for its corporate clients' capital structure, whether it be debt or equity. These services include: raising capital for early stage companies; placing debt for companies for all stages of development, including turnarounds; and representing companies for sale. Prior to establishing Gollon Capital Advisors, Roberta served as Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions, of a high-growth, diversified, private holding company based in Boston. The company made more than 11 acquisitions in three-and-a -half years. Previous to that, Roberta was a Vice President at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company with clients ranging from privately held companies to Fortune 500 and multinational corporations. She had global responsibility for providing a wide variety of lending and investment banking products, including leveraged buyout financings and
interest rate, debt/equity and currency swaps. Earlier in her career,
Roberta worked at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. and Continental Insurance Companies. She earned an M.B.A. in finance from Boston University in Massachusetts.
