ERIC MILGROOM TO ENGAGEMENT MANAGER
30-Year Industry Veteran Proves Valuable to The Pentad Group Management Team
WELLESLEY HILLS, MA (September, 2005) – Mary-Margaret Tormey, Principal of The Pentad Group, located in Wellesley Hills, Mass., is pleased to announce that Eric Milgroom was promoted to Engagement Manager.
Previously, Eric held the title of Senior Financial Consultant at The Pentad Group for the past 15 months. An industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience and the first Pentad Group employee, Eric will now be responsible for project management, mentoring consultants and some business development. His duties will also continue to include executing projects on a day-to-day basis.
“I look forward to the expanded responsibilities this new position will afford me, especially the opportunity to directly manage a team of highly professional consultants,” Eric said. “The Pentad Group offers a wide range of services to help clients with both short-term and long-term projects. Before joining The Pentad Group, Eric was a Financial Consultant for Parson Consulting. Prior to that that, Eric had extensive experience in internal audit and held various accounting and compliance positions with various financial institutions.

Eric, a CPA, has a BA in accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a MBA from Babson College, resides in Stoughton, Mass., with his wife, Sherri. Eric has two children, Scott, age 24, a graduate of Brandeis University and currently residing in Washington, DC; and Lindsey, age 19, who is attending Providence College. Eric is a member of the AICPA and the Massachusetts Society of CPA’s and recently finished serving over ten years as a member of the Stoughton School Committee. He recently became president of the Stoughton Youth Association, a non-profit organization providing financial support for the Stoughton Youth Commission. Eric is also an ASA and NFHS certified softball umpire.
