THE PENTAD GROUP HIRES SALLY GUENETTE AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) PRACTICE DIRECTOR

Seasoned IT Practice Director Joining The Pentad Group Team

WELLESLEY HILLS, MA (May 10, 2008) – Joel Adler, Principal of The Pentad Group, located in Wellesley Hills Mass., is pleased to announce that Sally Guenette was hired as the IT Practice Director. Sally’s responsibilities will include developing the IT practice at The Pentad Group, which will involve hiring, developing and managing delivery teams, as well as developing and managing client relationships.    

Guenette, an IT industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience, has worked in many facets of IT, in both industry and consulting.  Guenette has performed IT services in several industries, including oil refining, mail order, transportation, healthcare, finance and services.  She has designed, developed, installed and tested database application systems, integrated existing systems with off-the-shelf products, as well as developed reporting and dashboards for management.  In addition, Guenette has conducted training for end-users and hired and been responsible for the project management of staff on large engagements.

Guenette began her career in IT at Alloy Computer Products, when she was hired as a database applications programmer.  She later joined Competitive Edge Services, a network service, support, development and accounting services provider as a program manager before starting her own IT consulting firm, CBN Systems Corporation.

“Sally’s software, hardware, and overall client development and management experience will be a tremendous benefit for our clients and our existing consultants,” Adler said. “Sally’s passion for consulting and diversified background combine to make her a valuable addition to our team.”

Guenette, who has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Bentley College, resides in Northbridge, Mass., with her husband, John, and their two children Jenn and Matt.
